My Facebook post says “Published by MarketChomp.” Is there some way to remove this?

That line is added automatically by Facebook to any post made through a connected third-party tool — it isn’t something MarketChomp adds, and Facebook gives no way to switch it off.

Here’s the part that matters, though: it’s only visible to you and anyone else who manages your Page. Your followers and the public never see it. To them, the post looks like a normal post from your Page, with no mention of MarketChomp. Every social-publishing tool works this way — it’s a label Facebook shows Page managers so they can tell which connected tool made a post.

Want to confirm it for yourself? Open the post while signed out of Facebook, or from an account that doesn’t manage the Page — the label won’t be there.

When I connect Facebook, my business Page isn’t in the list. How do I add it?

Almost always this comes down to how much access your personal Facebook profile has to that Page. Business Pages live inside a Meta “Business Portfolio,” and a portfolio can give you either full control of a Page or only limited “task” access (for example, permission to create posts but nothing more). MarketChomp can connect a Page only where you have full control — Facebook calls this “Full Facebook access.” If you have just task access, the Page won’t show up when you connect.

To fix it, open Meta Business Suite (business.facebook.com) and go to Settings. Under “Pages” (inside Accounts / Business assets), click your Page and open the “People” section. Find your own name and make sure you’re listed with Full control / “Full Facebook access” — not partial task access. If that option isn’t available to you, whoever owns the Page or the business will need to grant it.

Then come back to MarketChomp and connect Facebook again. If Facebook asks you to switch accounts, choose your personal profile — the one that manages the Page. And if it shows a list of Pages to allow, make sure your business Page is turned on. It will now appear in the picker.

Will anything post without my approval?

No. The AI writes everything and lines it up for you, but nothing — not a single post, ad, or email — publishes until you approve it. You’re always the last step, every time.

Once I approve a post, when does it go out — and why not always the next open day?

Each channel runs on a simple weekly rhythm you control: how many posts go out per week, and the time windows they’re allowed to post in (say, Tuesday and Thursday mornings). When you approve a post, MarketChomp drops it into the next open slot that fits that rhythm — and it never puts more posts in a week than the number you set.

Two things follow from that. First, if the coming weeks are already full, a newly approved post rolls forward to the first week that still has room. Second, when a week only needs one more post, MarketChomp varies which of your windows it uses instead of always grabbing the earliest — so a post can land on Thursday rather than the Tuesday just before it. That’s deliberate: it keeps your posting from looking clockwork-automated.

The practical tip: approve a little ahead. Keeping about a week of content approved in advance means there’s always something ready to fill your next slots, so your posting stays steady instead of leaving gaps. You can change how often you post and the time windows any time in your channel settings.

How does MarketChomp keep my marketing compliant?

The moment you save your business profile, MarketChomp researches the advertising rules for your occupation and location, then bakes them into every piece of content it writes. There’s no legal checklist for you to read — the guardrails are built in.

Where do my email subscribers come from?

Only from people who opted in — sign-ups on your website and social-to-email funnels. MarketChomp never uses cold email or purchased lists.
